CCK has a well laid organizational structure. At the top is the Board of governors whose role is to make policies for good governance of the school. It’s made up of able men and women chaired by Mr, Samanya Godfrey Sadhaibi. Others are Mrs. Rose Bungu, MS, Namwebya Elizabeth, and Mr. Sabakaki NPJ. The two directors, mr. Byantuyo George and William Bamusute, Mr. Bagema Agrey {the teachers’ representative} and the Head teacher are also members.

The head teacher is the secretary and technical person to the Board.

However, this organ is yet to be approved by the ministry of Education and Sports.

Bellow the Board, is the head teacher with his management team. Down this team are the heads of department and heads of section. These are followed by the teachers, student leaders up to the general students’ body.
